5. Children’s Privacy

Our Website is intended for parents, not for children. We do not knowingly solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 and they are not authorized to use our Website.

We may disclose any information necessary or appropriate to protect the public safety or the safety of any person, in response to claims and legal process, and to prevent or stop illegal and/or unsafe activity.

If you have a Joven Health account, you can opt out of marketing communications by changing your account preferences, unsubscribing from email or messaging subscriptions by clicking on the unsubscribe button, or by following opt-out instructions included in the marketing communication.
